Booking Policy :
To ensure a smooth booking experience, Lead My Tours (LMT) follows a tiered payment structure based on the lead time prior to arrival.
Standard Bookings
1-30 Days Prior to Arrival
- 100% payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
31-90 Days Prior to Arrival
- 50% payment is required upon confirmation.
- Remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before arrival.
91-180 Days Prior to Arrival
- 25% payment is required upon confirmation.
- Balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Peak Season Bookings
(For travel between 25th December and 8th January)
- Full payment (100%) is required at the time of confirmation.
- A minimum of four (4) room nights must be booked. (This requirement may vary by resort.)
Cancellation & Refund Policy :
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to our Reservations Department at : reservations@leadmytours.com
Standard Cancellation Terms
- More than 21 Days Prior to Arrival : Full refund minus an administrative fee of USD 150 and any applicable bank charges.
- 11 to 21 Days Prior to Arrival : 50% of the invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 8 to 10 Days Prior to Arrival : 80% of the invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Within 7 Days of Arrival : 100% of the invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Peak Season Cancellations
- 100% cancellation charge applies, regardless of the notice period.
No-Shows
- Failure to arrive without notice will be treated as a no-show.
- 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days, depending on bank and supplier processing timelines.
Amendment Policy (Changes to Bookings) :
- Requests for changes to booking details (e.g., dates, guest names, room types) must be made in writing.
- All amendments are subject to availability and approval by our partners.
- Additional charges or fare differences may apply.
Force Majeure :
Lead My Tours (LMT) is not liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Strikes
In such cases, standard cancellation terms may not apply. Any refunds or credits will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
Travel Documentation :
It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all required documents are valid, including:
- Passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates)
- Visas
- Health certificates and vaccinations (if applicable)
LMT is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.
Travel Insurance :
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations or interruptions
- Lost or delayed baggage
Lead My Tours (LMT) is not liable for any losses due to the absence of travel insurance.
Special Requests & Children's Policy :
- Requests such as adjoining rooms, dietary preferences, or accessible accommodations must be made at the time of booking.
- While we strive to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
- Child policies, extra bed arrangements, and age-based pricing vary by resort. These details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
General Terms & Conditions :
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lead My Tours (LMT) and its service providers.
- By confirming a reservation, clients agree to all the terms outlined in this policy, along with the individual terms and conditions of third-party providers involved in the booking.
